As is common these days, all our products are printed and shipped from our partners in the UK & Europe once ordered. By doing this, Clickncollecte aim to be as eco friendly as is socially responsible in this day and age. We, therefore, produce zero waste and contribute to best practise for the supply and sale of print on demand.
When you order an item/s from us, your order is immediately actioned by Clickncollecte and the printing takes place.
The item/s is then shipped direct to you from our partner with all invoices and returns policies enclosed with the package.
All customers have the right to cancel an order within 14 days of receiving their goods. The cost of returning the goods will be at the buyers expense. Once Clickncollecte or their intermediaries receive the returned items, a full refund of the purchase will be given. It is imperative to inform us of your request to return the item/s and to offer a tracking note for your security and to assist in the process. You need to return the goods within 14 days of informing us. Should you have any further queries concerning this process, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you with this.
The item/s you purchase from Clickncollecte will be despatched as soon as the item is printed. This generally will be within 24 hours. It is then sent direct to you the customer, from our print partners and you can, therefore, expect to receive the goods in 3-5 days in the UK and Europe, 5-7 days in North America and 7-9 days in Australasia and Japan.
You should receive the item/s within the times stated, except for exceptional circumstances which may be out of Clickncollectes control. Should we encounter any problems, you will be immediately notified by email. As such you will be kept informed of every step being taken to rectify the problem until you are in receipt of the goods ordered.

Returns & Help
Here at Clickncollecte, we are keen that you receive the products that you ordered, in a prompt way and exactly as you ordered. All customers have the right to cancel an item and request a refund within 14 days of receiving the goods. The exception being an item that has been requested to be personalised by the purchaser. Your consumer rights remain unchanged.
If for any reason you need to return the item/s, here is what you need to do:-
Contact us to let us know you wish to return the item/s. No reason is needed to be given.
We will acknowledge your request immediately and begin the process to facilitate the return to our print partner. Within the original paperwork you receive with your goods, there will be information on how to return the goods and the returns address.
The cost of returning the item/s will be borne by the consumer and as such, it is imperative that you send the item via a secure means (tracking details available).
When we, or our print partners, have received the returned item/s, we will inform you via email.
We will refund your original method of payment back to your account.
We will inform you of this refund once it has been actioned.
